    Stay away from this store. McDonald's officially makes the worst burgers french fries and service.Don't rush they says but when you wait for the food and is served like that you want it to stay hungry!Ps: they should make - star review.Ps all items are still frozen inside the only thing fresh is the plasticcup cover.

    I ordered breakfast and got there before , sat in the drive thru at the order box and WATCHED the menu change so I was definitely there just before and when someone finally came to me it was just “well computer says no now”. I almost never have the opportunity to get breakfast due to my working hours and found this incredibly frustrating when I was literally there on time. If I’d chosen to park up instead it would have been fine which makes it their fault in my eyes and there was no acknowledgement of this. I know nobody cares and it’s just food but a negative review is all I can do to express this very poor service

    On multiple occasions this particular store has been closed early due to ‘maintenance’ they then proceed to start closing early on a Friday night which is when they are supposed to be open / and tonight they closed minutes early, I went to go through the drive thru but they had already blocked it off so quickly I got out my car and went to go inside as they had not yet supposed to be closed yet the girl who worked there came to open me the door, I thought to myself “she’ll let me in so I can get my order”, that wasn’t the case. She simply told me ‘Sorry we’re closed.’ By then it was :. They’d closed early yet again. Can’t be saying you close at : if in reality you’re closing at :, unacceptable.

    Do not use this Macdonalds in Selby, times now i have ordered through the Macdonalds App and they have gotten my order wrong.They are not sorry they say they will give there staff extra training but this never happens and Jordan the manager is beyond useless when they get your order wrong.They dont even say sorry and send what they missed back out.Wont be using them again,Mac Donalds should be ashamed to have a store like this.My order was for meals and if someone can not check that everything is in a small order then there in the wrong job.Only a matter of time before this store closes.From Damon Moffatt.
